SouthEast Asia-Pacific AudioVisual Archives Association
UNESCO Bangkok is organising the experts meeting on Documentary Heritage at Risk in Asia and the Pacific scheduled between 28 February – 2 March 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand. The event aims to form guidelines on disaster risk management for the archives in the Asia-Pacific region. Sanchai Chotirosseranee, SEAPAVAA’s Secretary-General, will represent SEAPAVAA in this meeting. The SEAPAVAA Secretariat will share the guidelines once it is available.
SEAPAVAA is an association of organizations and individuals involved in the development of audiovisual archiving in Southeast Asia and the Pacific as to preserve and provide access to the region's rich audiovisual heritage.
