Basic Manual on Setting-Up an Archive | Download
Still a work in progress, this manual aims to provide the region with basic reference material on various areas covering the relevant background information; lay grounds on better issues relevant to the setting-up of AV archives and provide solutions or recommendations specific to the concerns of individual archives depending on their concerns and available resources.

Film Preservation Handbook | Download
The Film Preservation Handbook on CD-rom is the product of a collaboration between SEAPAVAA’s Technical Committee, Screensound Australia/National Screen and Sound Archive and Kodak. It has been distributed free to archives throughout the region.

Film in Southeast Asia: Views from the Region
This book is a cooperative project par excellence: two host archives (Vietnam and Australia) bearing the publication cost, and a dozen authors and an editor who donated their services. It opens a door to collections which are going to prove a revelation to a wider world. | About the Editor David Hanan

Audiovisual Archiving: Philosophy and Principles | Download
This book is by Ray Edmondson and was published in 2004. In line with commemorating the 25th anniversary of the UNESCO Recommendation for the Safeguarding and Preservation of Moving Images. Updated Version 2016
