Executive Council

The 2023  SEAPAVAA  Executive Council Elections was held during the 27th SEAPAVAA General Assembly on 12th May 2023 at the Mahatai Pattaya Convention Center, Thailand. The newly elected Executive Council will serve a three-year term from 2023 – 2026.

Per ARTICLE VII Section B of the SEAPAVAA Constitution, the Executive Council is the executive and management body of the Association. The Executive Council shall consist of eight (8) Councillors, including the President, Secretary-General, and Treasurer. The office of the Councillor is honorary, and is exercised in the personal capacity of the individual, rather than as the representative of a particular Institutional Member or country.
